No UI/UX Cloning
You may not scrape, rip, or replicate the HelixNodes frontend design, CSS, or React components for your own business.
Proprietary Code
Our automated provisioning scripts, backend API, and custom Discord bots remain the exclusive property of HelixNodes.
Open Source Tech
Our game panel utilizes the open-source Pterodactyl software, which is licensed under the MIT License.

No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written permission of HelixNodes management.
2. Software Usage Rights
Upon purchasing a service, HelixNodes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our customized Game Panel for the sole purpose of managing your leased server infrastructure.
You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our billing systems or deployment scripts.
- Scrape or copy the CSS, Framer Motion animations, or overall visual layout of the HelixNodes website to create a competing hosting platform.
- Resell, sub-lease, or white-label our standard nodes without an official B2B Reseller Hosting agreement.
3. Third-Party Licenses
HelixNodes utilizes several open-source technologies to deliver our services. We acknowledge and respect the licenses of these third-party tools:

Enforcement
HelixNodes actively monitors for digital theft and unauthorized cloning of our platform. We reserve the right to issue DMCA takedown notices, terminate the accounts of offenders without a refund, and pursue legal action against entities that violate this Intellectual Property agreement.
