Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Last Updated: July 21, 2026
1. Keep It Legal
This is simple: if it is illegal in the real world, it is illegal on our servers. You cannot host stolen credit card info, malware, phishing websites, or any content that harms minors. If we find this, we will wipe your server and report your details to the authorities.
2. No Network Abuse
Our 10Gbps network is incredibly fast, but it is meant for real traffic. Do not use your server to run port scanners, launch DDoS attacks, or send out massive amounts of spam emails. This gets our IP addresses blacklisted and ruins it for everyone.
3. Copyright Violations (DMCA)
If you are hosting pirated movies, cracked software, or stolen code, and we receive a valid legal complaint (a DMCA takedown), we are legally required to act. We will suspend your server and ask you to delete the stolen files immediately.
4. Bypassing Security
Do not try to break out of your server container to access the main node, and do not try to hack into other customers' servers. Testing your own server's security is fine, but attacking our infrastructure will result in an instant, permanent ban.
