Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Our 99.9% Uptime Promise

We guarantee that your server and our network will be online and reachable 99.9% of the time in any given month. We built this infrastructure to be highly reliable, and we stand by that.

2. What Happens If We Drop?

If your server is completely offline due to our hardware failing or our main network going down (and it drops below that 99.9% guarantee), we will compensate you. You can open a ticket, and we will add account credit for the downtime. We do not offer cash refunds for downtime, only account credit.

3. What Doesn't Count as Downtime

Not every offline moment is covered by this SLA. The following situations do not count towards the 99.9% uptime calculation:

• Scheduled maintenance (when we warn you beforehand in Discord).
• You broke your own server by installing a bad plugin, mod, or operating system update.
• Your server was suspended because you didn't pay your bill or you broke our rules.
• Massive, unpredictable internet outages outside of our control (like a massive fiber cut in a city).
